Terms of Service

1. The service
AnchorStance analyzes golf-swing videos you record or upload and returns automated metrics, scores, and coaching suggestions (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age in your country). One account per verified phone number. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the videos you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the Service (pose estimation, rendering annotated results, generating coaching text). You must have the right to any video you upload.
4. Payments
Paid analyses and subscriptions are billed through the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe as shown at checkout. The Premium subscription is offered monthly or yearly, renews automatically at the price shown at purchase until cancelled, and can be cancelled any time from your App Store / Google Play subscription settings or the billing portal in Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prepaid credits are charged per analysis at the price shown at capture. Promotional credits (including sign-up bonuses) have no cash value and may expire or be revoked for abuse. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Not professional advice
Analysis output is automated and informational. It is not medical, physiotherapy, or professional coaching advice. Train within your physical limits.
6. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, scraping, abusive automation, credit farming, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with other users. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your profile, swings, and stored videos. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
The Service is operated by Trendblitz. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
